Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We offer:

  • Freight or White-Glove Delivery – For large installations or custom moss art

Some orders may ship in multiple boxes to protect delicate items like moss arrangements.

 Tracking & Delivery

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number at mbdbiophilic@outlook.com so we can assist you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)

International orders may be subject to additional taxes or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
