MBD Biophilic Design – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MBD Biophilic Design. Every piece is handcrafted with care, using high-quality materials to ensure long-lasting beauty. Because our items are custom-made and often created to order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

 Returns & Exchanges

Most of our products are handmade, custom, or made-to-order, therefore all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos or videos of:

    • The damaged area

    • The packaging (inside and outside)

    • The shipping label

  3. Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

    • A replacement

    • A repair (if applicable)

    • A refund if the item cannot be replaced

We may request the product to be returned depending on the situation.
Return shipping will be covered by us for approved cases.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom pieces (moss walls, terrariums, centerpieces, coffee tables, art pieces, special sizes, logos, etc.) are non-refundable once production has started.
Changes to custom orders must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

Local Delivery Items

Items delivered locally (within 50 miles of Alva, FL) are final sale once approved at delivery.
Please inspect your item upon receipt and notify us immediately if anything is not correct.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
After that period, materials may already be prepared and the order cannot be canceled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product arrives damaged or unusable

  • A replacement cannot be provided

  • There was an error on our part (wrong item, wrong size, etc.)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
